Mardulier, Van Bortel en Van Reeth

For the first time since the festival's existence, a court case is on the programme. In Hall B (today in Hall C), Honourable van Reeth decides on Ruben Mardulier, who takes civil action. The audience becomes judges and decides on the acrobatics to be performed. Clerk Milan Van Bortel notes the events. In the process, the poetry of bureaucracy takes centre stage.
