BEYOND is a dynamic, exhilarating and at the same time poetic circus and dance performance that explores, challenges and ultimately bridges our limits. In BEYOND, choreographer Piet Van Dycke collaborates with six professional performers, each specialising in a different discipline: ladder acrobatics, acro-dance, acrobike, partner acrobatics and (pole) dance. On stage, they transform into fearless builders of bridges without borders.

Using ladders of various sizes and heights, the performers construct striking installations — arch sculptures, rotating cranes — and balance them into a tense and unsteady playground. They scale new heights, climb, hover, and dive into a bold choreography where every inch and every second counts. They push each other to the edge and discover how far they can go together. Physical interdependence has never been this thrilling.

BEYOND is about the vulnerability, absurdity and the strength of boundaries — and how we can transcend them through collaboration. Together, we dance on the collective ladders of human imagination.
